First held some fifteen years ago, the races are run over three consecutive Thursday evenings in April with the advantage of the lighter nights of the Spring Equinox getting us off the winter roads into Staffordshire’s beautiful countryside. Each event is based on a tough, hilly course of around five miles and gives runners an early indication of their current form and fitness.
