Sean Conway - aka Britain's answer to Forrest Gump - is currently running through Scotland as he completes the final leg of the 'Ultimate British Traithlon'. As part of the challenge, the 34-year-old has previously cycled and swam from John O'Groats to Land's End.

Sean is inviting members of the public to #runwithsean, by joining him along the way. On Wednesday night (8 April), he was joined for a mile by runners at Glasgow's Victoria Park.
On why he's decided to take on the challenge, Sean says: "It all began because I realised I had a need to push myself physically and mentally to live my life to the full.
"It's going to be incredibly tough but I feel ready and the passion and support of the British public will be a huge boost."
The Discovery Channel are covering Sean's challenge and will broadcast the documentary Sean Conway: Running Britain early this summer as part of their Make Your World Bigger campaign.
