A series of top auction prizes have been revealed as part of next Sunday's Bud Run at the University of Birmingham, a race which has been organised by former GB endurance coach Bud Baldaro. The online auction, set up to raise funds for Parkinson's UK, features signed kit from Mo Farah and Usain Bolt, Jess Ennis signed spikes, rugby and cricket collectables, plus holidays.
With more than 20 years of experience, Bud is regarded as one of the country's top middle and long distance running coaches. Since being diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2009, Bud has been keen to use his love of running to help fund research into the long-term condition.
Although Bud has now stepped down as head coach at the university, he contines to play an active mentoring role with University of Birmingham athletes.
